This policy explains what Presidential Test of Fitness collects and your choices. The site has no accounts and no backend that stores your data — the award calculator runs entirely in your browser and your scores are never sent to us.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal information. The only data collected comes from third-party analytics and advertising scripts:

  • Analytics: aggregate usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser), typically via cookies or similar identifiers.
  • Advertising: our ad partners may use cookies or device identifiers to measure and personalize ads, including across other sites.
  • Server logs: standard request data such as IP address and user agent.

Your calculator inputs (age, sex, scores) are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

Cookies and consent

We use a consent management platform (CMP) to obtain consent where required. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent to non-essential cookies (IAB TCF v2). You can change your choices at any time via the cookie settings link.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and Nevada rights — Do Not Sell or Share

Personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and Nevada law (NRS 603A). You have the right to opt out.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

This is a general-audience site intended for parents, teachers, coaches, and adults checking their own results. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we configure advertising as general-audience (non-personalized where a user is signaled to be under 13). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors (GDPR/UK GDPR)

The site is U.S.-focused. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
